Ms. Gomez

Completed my undergraduate work in York College and received a BA in Psychology. I then completed my CASAC training and worked as a social Worker for 1 year. After working as a social worker, i began my masters degree in early elementary education and graduated with a Masters in June 2017.

As an educator, i believe students' lifelong academic success is strongly dependent on having a strong support system which is inclusive of family and teachers. Students should be able to feel that their teachers believe in them and appreciate them for their own unique personalities, skills, and values.

Paula Allison

Paula Allison, I received my BA from Queens College in Elementary Education and my MA from Stony Brook. I’ve taught 3rd grade to 5th grade in East Harlem for four years. Working as an ICT teacher I have had the opportunity of working with a range of students that have helped me develop my teaching skills and strategies to reach and push my students to the best of their abilities.

I strongly believe that every student has the ability to learn, but it is up to the teacher to access each student’s abilities and help them work beyond any limits.

The sky is the limit and we can all shoot for the stars.
