Ms. Moran

Ms. Moran received her B.A. in Elementary Education and her M.Ed in Special Education from Boston College. She worked with children in Boston in a variety of educational settings throughout college and grad school. This is her second year teaching in the DOE and she is so excited to be a part of the P.S. 329 family. She is passionate about helping students build a love of reading and helping all students achieve their fullest potential.

Stephanie Wong

Ms. Wong received her BA in Elementary Education and MA in Special Education from St. John’s University. She was a substitute teacher for three years before becoming a full time classroom teacher.

 

She has always loved learning and reading, and has wanted to be a teacher since she was six years old.  She hopes to learn and grow along with her students this school year!

Roxana Ortiz

Ms.Ortiz received her M.S ED in ENL from Queens College. She also received her BA in Elementary School Education from Queens College.

She has been working with children in an educational setting for over eight years.She has the desire to provide all students with a great education experience.

She wishes to use her experiences and bilingualism, to help children become academically successful despite the many challenges.

Ms. Mendez

Graduated from Queens College with a Masters in Bilingual Education and  Dual Bachelors in Spanish and Early Childhood education .

Taught a Dual Language kindergarten class and has worked with children as an Afterschool Group Specialist for over 10 years. Now, Daisy is a Dual Language first grade teacher.

She believes that the educator's in a child's' life give children the tools to succeed and become apart of their communities. Once a child becomes self aware of his or her own capabilities the world becomes an endless fountain of opportunities.
